- Pulled asado (leftover from Asado with Mushroom Sauce)
- Flour tortillas
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
- Pickled carrots
- Pickled pimiento
- Pickled jalapeΓ±os
π¨βπ³ Instructions
1. Warm the leftover pulled asado in a pan over medium heat until hot and slightly caramelized on the edges
2. Warm tortillas on a dry pan or directly over flame
3. Layer: tortilla β pulled asado β avo β pickled veggies
4. Fold and eat immediately
π Notes
DKG original β pulled asado from Recipe #4 (Asado with Mushroom Sauce). Restaurant-opening-good per DKG. No salsa needed, avo does the job.
