- Pulled asado (leftover from Asado with Mushroom Sauce) - Flour tortillas - 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed - Pickled carrots - Pickled pimiento - Pickled jalapeños
Instructions
1. Warm the leftover pulled asado in a pan over medium heat until hot and slightly caramelized on the edges 2. Warm tortillas on a dry pan or directly over flame 3. Layer: tortilla → pulled asado → avo → pickled veggies 4. Fold and eat immediately
