Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on) Baking powder Cornstarch Seasoned salt (see video for Sweet Savant recipe)

Instructions

The secret to crispy gluten-free fried chicken in the air fryer: 1. Coat chicken thighs with baking powder and cornstarch mixture 2. Season with seasoned salt 3. Air fry at 400F/200C for about 20 minutes total, flipping halfway 4.
