🥗 Ingredients
- 500g beef strips or cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, chunked
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and lightly brown the 500g beef.
2. Transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
3. Add the sliced green bell pepper, sliced red bell pepper, chunked onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves.
4. Pour in the 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 cup beef broth.
5. Season with 1 tsp black pepper.
6. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
7. Mix the 1 tbsp cornstarch with water and add it to the slow cooker.
8. Cook another 15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
9. Serve hot.
