🥗 Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp garlic & ginger paste
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp kasuri methi
1 tbsp parsley
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
4 tbsp oil
Glaze:
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp parsley
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Add all the spices and wet ingredients to a bowl then add the chicken
2. Mix until combined
3. Cover and marinate for 1 hour
4. Cook in air fryer at 180C for 10 mins on each side (each air fryer is different)
