🥗 Ingredients
- 1 tsp Yeast
- +2 tsp Sugar
- +½ cup Lukewarm Water
- 2 cups Plain Flour
- +1/4 cup Yogurt
- +1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- +1 tsp Salt
- +1 tsp Ghee (or ½ tsp butter + ½ tsp oil)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Soak the yeast, sugar in lukewarm water and let it rest for 2 - 3 mins.
2. Take flour, make a well in the center and add yogurt, baking powder, salt, ghee in a bowl and mix them well
3. Pour yeast water in the flour mix as per need to make a dough
4. Sprinkle flour on a board and knock the dough till it stops sticking to your hand.
5. Make depression in the center of the dough and keep it in a bowl and cover it with cling wrap
6. Keep the dough for a min of 1.5 hrs
7. Take a small portion of the dough and make round balls out of it
8. Roll the balls in plain dry flour giving it a triangle shape and apply little bit of water with your hand
9. Place the naan on hot iron skillet and press the edges of the naan and on high flame flip it over.
10. Cook it on both sides till you get brown spots and the naan is ready.
11. Apply butter on top and serve

It can be cooked in the oven, preheat at highest for 10 min, then add bread until it has brown spots
