Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper
2. Coat chicken in flour
3. Melt butter in a large pan over high heat
4. Cook chicken 3 minutes until golden brown
5. Add minced garlic cloves
6. Flip and fry the other side for 2 minutes
7. Add apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and honey
8. Cook until sauce thickens and coats the chicken
9. Garnish with chives if desired
Note: Can be made with any protein - beef, pork, lamb, shrimp, or tofu!
