👨🍳 Instructions
1. Pat the chicken tenders dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Toss the chicken with the Greek yogurt or buttermilk until well coated. Let sit 10 to 20 minutes if you have time.
3. In a shallow bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes, panko, and parmesan if using.
4. Press each chicken tender into the coating until fully covered on all sides.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 200C.
6. Arrange the tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil.
7. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and the chicken reaches 74C internally.
8. Rest 2 minutes before serving. Great with a simple dipping sauce or salad.
