Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast or thighs, diced - 2 tsp lemon all-purpose seasoning - 2 tsp garlic powder - Salt and black pepper to taste - Juice of 1 lemon - 4 tbsp olive oil (divided) - 12-14 garlic cloves, minced - 1/2 cup dry white wine - 1 tbsp butter - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season diced chicken with lemon all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. 2. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the chicken and mix well. 3. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add chicken in a single layer and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden. 5. Flip all pieces and cook for an additional 3 minutes. 6. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. 7. Add a splash more olive oil to the pan over medium heat. 8. Add minced garlic and saute for 30-45 seconds until fragrant and lightly golden. 9. Deglaze with white wine, scraping up all the browned bits from the bottom. 10. Let the sauce reduce by half, about 3-4 minutes. 11. Add 1 tbsp butter and stir until melted and sauce is glossy. 12. Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce. 13. Garnish generously with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
