16 oz sliced mushrooms 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp grated parmesan 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/4 tsp dried) 1/2 tsp salt (optional) 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Add mushrooms, olive oil, soy sauce, parmesan, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Toss to coat evenly. 2. Add mushrooms to air fryer basket in an even layer (don't crowd them). 3. Air fry at 380°F for 5 minutes. 4. Shake basket, cook another 5-7 minutes until tender. Tip: Wipe mushrooms clean with damp paper towel instead of rinsing to avoid sogginess.
