🥗 Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper (or yellow), sliced
- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 white mushrooms, sliced

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix olive oil with garlic powder, rosemary, basil, smoked paprika, thyme, salt and pepper.
2. Coat chicken thighs in the marinade. Toss vegetables in the remaining marinade.
3. Marinate everything for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Air fry the chicken at 375F (190C) for 5 minutes.
5. Add the marinated vegetables to the basket alongside the chicken.
6. Reduce temperature to 360F (180C) and cook for 15 minutes.
7. Stir at the 6-minute mark to ensure even cooking.
8. Serve hot.
