500g ground chicken (thighs or breast)

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 jalapenos, finely chopped
1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp each: salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp olive oil (to cook)
